By accessing or using CombatPass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
CombatPass provides a platform connecting users with martial arts gyms and fitness studios. Users can purchase session packs and book classes at participating partner gyms. We act as an intermediary between users and gym providers but are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by gyms.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
Validity: All session packs are valid for 45 days from the date of purchase.
Expiration: Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be refunded or extended.
Refunds: Unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Pricing: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.
Booking: Class bookings are subject to availability and gym capacity limits.
Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class time receive a full session refund. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) forfeit the session.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without cancellation forfeits the session. Three no-shows within 30 days may result in temporary booking restrictions.

Martial arts and combat sports involve inherent risks of injury. By using the Service, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained during classes. You are encouraged to consult a physician before participating in physical activities and to follow all safety guidelines provided by gym instructors.
CombatPass is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for sessions in the preceding 12 months.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by CombatPass or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused sessions may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
